Understanding how your contacts interact with your content should inform your next steps to engage them. The contacts dashboard allows you to do this.


1. Navigate to My Contacts:

On the left-side menu, click on My Contacts.


My Contacts: A section of the dashboard where all your contacts are stored, including information about their interactions with your campaigns.



2. Access My Contacts

Select Contacts Dashboard to view your contacts.


Contacts Dashboard: A page that shows detailed data about your contacts, including their activity, engagement with content, and performance metrics.



Audience Growth

This section displays your audience growth over time. You can sort the data to analyze growth for specific periods.


Audience Growth: The increase in the number of contacts or subscribers over a specified period. You can track how quickly your contact list is expanding.




Analyze Audience Performance

Here, you can review your overall audience performance metrics, including:

  • Average Email Open Rate: The percentage of recipients who opened your campaign emails. This helps gauge how engaging your subject lines or content are.

  • Average Click Rate on Links: The percentage of recipients who clicked on links within your email or campaign content. This shows how effective your calls to action are.

  • Average Subscription Rate: The percentage of new subscribers joining your list over a specific period.

  • Average Unsubscription Rate: The percentage of contacts who unsubscribed from your email list, which can indicate issues with content relevance or frequency.

  • Recent Contacts Added (Last 30 Days): A list of contacts who have joined your email list in the past 30 days, helping you track recent engagement and growth.

Additionally, you’ll find information about recent contacts added in the last 30 days.


Recent Growth

  • This section lets you view your new contacts and unsubscribers from the last 30 days. 
  • You also have shortcuts to upload a CSV file, sync with your CRM, or manually add contacts directly from this page.


Manage Contact Groups

Your contact groups will be listed here. You can create, manage, and remove groups and access the group management page by clicking Manage Groups.



View Contact Activity

This section lets you view and filter your contacts' activities. You can filter by various metrics by clicking "By clicking "All Activity," you can filter by various metrics.



Analyze Landing Page Performance

  • Here, you can find data on the number of visitors, submissions, and conversion rates for specific landing pages. 

  • You can filter performance data over periods ranging from one week to one year.
