You can manage individual contacts by going to the "All Contacts" page under the "My Contact" tab on the left-hand side menu.  This page will show you all your active and archived contacts. This article aims to provide a comprehensive guide on effectively utilizing the tools on this page. 


Filtering Contacts By Group

The grey toolbar will show a "Filter by Groups" dropdown menu. 

  • Select the "Ungrouped contacts" option to view contacts not part of any group
  • Check the box beside the group to view all the contacts in that group or, 
  • Check the box beside multiple groups to view contacts that are part of all checked group


Filtering Contacts Based on Activity

In the grey toolbar, click the " Filter by Activity " dropdown to view all your contacts based on their interactions with your emails. 


This includes whether they have ever:

  • Clicked - Clicked on a link within your email
  • Opened - Opened any of your emails
  • Unopened - Never opened an email
  • Unsent - never received emails
  • Unsubscribed - unsubscribed from your emails.


Note: Currently, only one option can be selected at a time.



Search for Contacts

You can also click the magnifying glass icon in the grey toolbar to search for contacts. 


Note that you can apply all three filtering tools at the same time to narrow down your contact list. 


Organizing Data

You can choose which contact-specific data to display on the "All Contacts" page. 


Simply select the toolbar icon, and a dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select.


Upon applying your selection, only the contact fields selected in the menu will be displayed on the contacts page.


If you are missing any previously available items, you may select the option to "Reset to default" settings.
