Note that your enterprise may not have the feature enabled if you don't see the Mass Launch option on your platform.
To use Mass Launch as an advisor, you first want to opt-in to the Mass Launch Types.
- In your Campaigns dashboard, click the gear icon to open your Account page.
- Choose Mass Launch Types on the left-hand side menu. You’ll see a list of all available Mass Launch Types on your platform.
- Click Enable next to the Mass Launch Types you want to use. Your platform Administrator will regularly update these marketing strategies with new content.
For each enabled Mass Launch Type, a Contact Group will be automatically created.Add contacts to these groups based on who you want to target with that strategy.
What happens now?
When campaigns are added to Mass Launch Types and scheduled by your Platform Administrator, they will be automatically scheduled to go out to this contact group.
- Once a Mass Launch is scheduled, advisors will be notified via email. You can make edits to further customize the campaign template and/or update its scheduled launch date.
- Depending on your broker-dealer's requirements, the campaign will be auto-submitted to compliance or only submitted if changes were made.
The campaign will be sent to the contact group associated with that Mass Launch Type on the scheduled launch date.
