Understanding and assessing campaign performance is essential for optimizing marketing strategies. Follow these instructions to view and analyze contact activities within your campaigns effectively.


Viewing Campaign Performance Metrics

I. All Campaigns

Click the Campaigns menu option on the left sidebar to review overall campaign performance. This section provides access to:

  • All Campaigns: View active and past campaigns.

  • Activity of Campaign Contacts: Monitor contact interactions and campaign progress.

  • Archived Campaigns: Review completed or paused campaigns.


II. Specific Campaign Activity

Click the "My Campaigns" tab on the left sidebar to examine a specific campaign's performance in more detail. 

  1. Click the three dots next to a campaign and select "View Report."
  2. Go to the Overview tab and hover over detailed boxes for additional insights.


Analyzing Contact Activities

I. View Audience Activity

  1. In the Campaigns section, click the Activity tab and then select Audience Activity.


Here, you can track individual interactions, such as:

  • Emails opened.

  • Links clicked.

  • Forms submitted.

You can also identify the specific stage each contact is in within the campaign.


II. Analyze Campaign Progress

Similarly, you can review the Campaign Stage information to understand where each contact stands (e.g., "Opened Email," "Clicked Link").


Use this data to:

  • Segment your audience based on engagement levels.

  • Determine follow-up actions for contacts who haven't progressed.

   


Downloading Campaign Activity Reports

You can also download a report that provides a comprehensive overview of campaign activities for further analysis or record-keeping.



  1. In the My Campaigns section, click the three dots next to a campaign and select Download Activity Report.
  2. You’ll be notified in the top-right corner once the report is generated.
