The sender line of my Outlook emails comes from "snappyk".

This issue generally only happens on Microsoft-hosted emails and does not affect spam filtering or deliverability.

When our DNS is set up, we are forced to connect to the domain using a subdomain to avoid disturbing the main email records.

A subdomain is a part of that particular domain that we choose to use. This means that our emails get sent out from the "snappy" subdomain, which is automatically set up on your Campaigns account.

For Outlook, this slight mismatch between the sender domain and the email domain is enough to cause this issue.

Here is an example of the sender line fopr the same email opened in Outlook compared to Gmail.

How do I get this issue resolved?

We understand that most people do not want to have the "snappyk" subdomain listed in their email addresses.

To fix this, we can create a new custom subdomain of your choosing. It can be anything that you feel is more appropriate for the emails you're sending. For example, the most common subdomain choices are news, updates, and info.

If you choose to create a new subdomain please submit a request using the "Need Help" button in the bottom right corner of your Campaigns account. Please be sure to use the format below to ensure the fastest turnaround time on your request.

Once your request is submitted, please give us some time to get your subdomain ready.

When the subdomain is ready, we will send you new DNS records that will need to be re-entered into your domain.

After the DNS is setup we will finish the process and make sure that all replies to your emails sent from Snappy are rerouted back to your standard email address.
