Important Note: Deleting a contact group will not remove the contacts from the database; it will only delete the segmentation. Default groups, such as "Prospects" and "Contacts," cannot be deleted—only manually created groups can be removed. 

1. Click "My Contacts" on the left-hand side of the dashboard menu.
2. In the submenu, select "Groups."
3. Find the group you want to delete and click the three dots on the right side of the group. 
4. Select "Delete group."

        5. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion.

You will be taken back to the group screen, where you can see the group has been removed.
