Services such as Google and Facebook provide scripts and pixels for use on websites and landing pages across the internet. These codes are not visible to the page visitor but are used for enhanced tracking and reporting purposes.

This is a common practice on the web and, when appropriately used, does not constitute a compliance or privacy violation. Custom HTML in headers and footers, as well as other functionality on our platform, helps our members maximize their marketing results while still complying with relevant consumer privacy acts, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Additional links to relevant privacy policies and opt-outs may be added to landing pages as desired. All visible page content is included in compliance PDFs generated from our platform for review by compliance supervision.
