We write our content in first-person, but you can definitely send content from two or more advisors. It just takes extra care to specific parts of your account settings, email signature, and landing pages.
Why send them individually?
Before showing you the areas you need to change, we want to note that we recommend sending your campaigns from a single person because we're in a relationship business and want to provide a personal connection with our clients and prospects.
However, we understand that sometimes it's better to have a team approach with your marketing at Snappy Kraken.
Step 1: Adjust Global Settings
When a campaign is created, it populates the information from the business information section. Therefore, the first name, last name, and often the designation you entered will be part of your campaign during the personalization process.
If you want the sender to be your company, team, or multiple advisors:
- Update your first and last name fields in your account settings to appear however you want them to. It can be your company name, your team name, or multiple advisors.
- Ensure your email is a generic address instead of a specific person's email. You can also change this in your Professional Details section.
- Update your email signature.
Step 2: Campaign Specific
When launching campaigns, be aware that we write copy in the first person. Therefore, you'll need to review the various campaign components, changing the singular pronouns (I/me) to plural versions (we/us). See below regarding some of the verbiage you will need to update. Don't forget about any P.S. sections!
