Snappy Kraken campaigns include social media steps for promotion and increased marketing success. Facebook is one of the most common social networks you may have.
- On your dashboard, go to the Integrations page by clicking the wire icon on the left side menu.
Scroll down and choose "Social Networks" on the new left-hand side tab. - Click Connect on the Facebook option.
Having trouble?
If you're having issues connecting your account, ensure:
- To access the features of this integration, you'll need an active Facebook account that manages at least one Facebook Business Page.
- Your business page must be part of a business portfolio in the Facebook Business Suite in order to be linked.
- Per Facebook's policy, this integration will not connect to your personal Facebook profile.
