You can prohibit specific email addresses from receiving your marketing by adding them to your Blocklist.
- Once logged in to the campaigns dashboard, select your account icon in the top right corner.
- On the dropdown menu that opens up, select "Account Settings."
- From the account settings page, select the "Settings" dropdown followed by "Blocklist Terms"
- Click "Add Email" and enter an email address. You may also add a "Reason" for record-keeping purposes.
- Now, the emails on this list will not receive your marketing, even if they opt in to a campaign through social media or are accidentally subscribed to a campaign.
Remove a contact from your blocklist
To remove a contact from your blocklist, simply go to the blocklist page and find your contact. Select the button on the right side of their cell and select delete.
