You can prohibit specific email addresses from receiving your marketing by adding them to your Blocklist.


  1. Once logged in to the campaigns dashboard, select your account icon in the top right corner. 
  2. On the dropdown menu that opens up, select "Account Settings."
  3. From the account settings page, select the "Settings" dropdown followed by "Blocklist Terms"
  4. Click "Add Email" and enter an email address.  You may also add a "Reason" for record-keeping purposes. 
  5. Now, the emails on this list will not receive your marketing, even if they opt in to a campaign through social media or are accidentally subscribed to a campaign.

Remove a contact from your blocklist

To remove a contact from your blocklist, simply go to the blocklist page and find your contact. Select the button on the right side of their cell and select delete.
