How to Add New Subscribers to Running Campaigns
Once a campaign is running, you can add more people or groups to it anytime. This ensures that new subscribers start from day one of that particular campaign.
If you added new contacts to a group that is already subscribed to a campaign and want to subscribe these contacts to said campaign, read this article instead.
Steps to Add Additional Subscribers to Your Campaign
On the left menu, find the campaign you'd like to add subscribers to.
Click the three dots to expand the options menu and select Manage Subscribers.
Choose How to Add Subscribers
- You can add individual subscribers, groups of subscribers, or upload new subscribers.
Adding Individual Subscribers
- From your contact list, locate the subscriber you wish to add.
- Click the +Subscribe button below their name.
Adding a Group
- Click on the Groups tab to view your subscriber groups.
- Click the +Subscribe button below the group name to add them to the campaign.
Uploading New Subscribers
- Go to the Subscribers tab and click the Add Contacts button.
- Choose either:
- Add Individual Contact to manually enter details.
- Import Many Contacts to upload multiple subscribers at once.
