Sometimes, you may enter personal details in the wizard during setup, but then you need to change it. Perhaps your business information has changed since then.
Follow these steps once you are signed into the platform to make adjustments to your profile.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click on your account icon.
- Select "My Profile" from the drop-down menu.
- Locate and select the correct section requiring edits from the Personalization menu.
Professional Details
This is where you will edit things like your sender name, email address, website and contact info.
- Locate the field that needs edits and select the pencil icon in the right corner of the section.
- Now, you should see a popup window where you can make your edits.
Logos
Here you can upload new logos and delete old ones. To delete an old logo simply hover over it and click the trashbin icon in the bottom right.
Email Signature
You can click the pencil icon to edit your signature. For best practices on how to update your email signature, visit Changing your email signature
Landing Page Scripts
This is only for adding tools such as third party tracker codes to your landing pages. For specific instructions, visit How to Add Tracking Codes, Landing Page Scripts or Custom Header/Footer Codes
Disclosure
This is to edit the disclosure that will be attached to all of your emails. Visit How to Change Your Campaign Account Disclosures for specific instructions.
Social Networks
