The Visual Social Post Editor offers an enhanced experience for editing social media steps in your campaigns, providing a real-time preview of your social content before launching.

Editing Social Media Steps

  1. Locate Social Media Steps: In your campaign, find the social media steps you want to personalize and click the “Edit” button.

  2. Post Preview and Editor Controls: The editor will display the post preview on the left and editor controls on the right.

  3. Editing Fields:

    • Personal Message: Add content to your link, similar to publishing a link on personal channels. (Optional)

    • Title: Bolded text indicating the link destination. (Optional)

    • Description: Provides additional information about the content in the landing page link. (Optional)

      Helpful Tip: We recommend leveraging the AI-Powered "Smart text" feature to personalize the "Personal Message", "Title", or "Description" sections. Here's how to use it:

      1. Select Smart Text for the section you want to personalize.

      2. Enter a prompt in the AI text box. Example: “My target audience is retirees. Make a caption about generational wealth that would appeal to them.”

      3. Click Expand Text and review the generated copy.

      4. Edit as needed or use options like "Rephrase", "Make it Friendly", "Make it Formal", etc.

      5. Click Save Changes to finalize.


  4. Photo Selection:

    • Click the Photo Icon to access the photo selector.

    • Options include searching the image library, generating AI art, uploading/dragging your own image, or providing an image URL.

    • Helpful Tip: Image URLs must be direct links. Supported formats for uploads: .png, .jpg, .jpeg.

  5. Saving Your Post: Review your post, then click “Save.” The campaign editor will display a checkmark indicating successful edits.

Advanced Mode

Caution: Advanced Mode allows full customization but may affect results due to removal of optimized content.

  • Removes Personal Message, Title, Description, and link.

  • Requires adding your own content and URL.

Important Notes:

Text Restrictions:

  • Title: 80 Characters

  • Description: 200 Characters

  • Personal Message: ~63,000 Characters

Image Licensing: All images in the editor are royalty-free for business use.

Image Requirements:

  • Formats: .png, .jpeg, .jpg

  • Any size (rescaled by the editor)

Posting Without Images: Posts without images display as text-only posts.

Using Your Own Links: Only financeinsight.net links are currently supported.

Template Usage: Edits are not required; Snappy Kraken templates can be used as provided.
