Unsubscribe vs. Global Unsubscribe

There are two ways a contact can unsubscribe from emails:

• Unsubscribe: Removes a contact from a single campaign.

• Global Unsubscribe: Removes a contact from all campaigns.

Viewing Unsubscribed Contacts

Follow these steps to view a list of unsubscribed contacts:

1. Go to My Contacts.

2. Click on the Global Unsubscribe heading to sort contacts by subscription status.

Status Indicators:

• False: The contact has not unsubscribed.

• True: The contact has unsubscribed.
