1. Navigate to "My Contacts" in the management menu.

2. On the "My Contacts" screen, click the dropdown next to "Contact" and select "Select All."

3. Click "Actions" and choose "Remove."


4. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to archive or permanently delete the contacts. Select your preferred option and click "Confirm."


5. All selected contacts will be removed from the system.

Note: If the users were unsubscribed before removal, they would not be unsubscribed if added back in as a new contact. Our recommendation is to leave the contact in the system to ensure no further communication is sent.
