A lead score is calculated based on how much a contact engages with your content. It's calculated by adding the number of email opens, link clicks, page views, and form submissions a given contact completes.

To see your contacts' lead score, go to My Contacts > More Actions > Export Contacts. This generates a CSV file of all your contacts, and you can see the lead score in Column Q.

The higher the lead score, the more your contacts engage in marketing. Lead scores will vary for everyone. The longer you've been on the platform and the more campaigns you launch, the higher the numbers will be.

We recommend filtering the lead score from highest to lowest, and the contacts with the top numbers would be good to reach out to or subscribe to a nurturing campaign like the 8-Week Prospect Nurturing Campaign.

How are the insights on the dashboard different from what the Marketing Hub does?

The Marketing Hub opportunity score aggregates information across all of your Snappy Kraken products, while the lead score only uses Campaigns data. We recommend using the Marketing Hub opportunity score whenever possible.
