Overview
The Birthday Automation feature allows you to automatically send personalized birthday messages to your clients via email or text. This thoughtful outreach happens without any manual scheduling, keeping you connected with your clients year after year.
Setting Up Birthday Automation
- Access Birthday Automation:
Go to My Campaigns → Birthday Automation.
- Select a Birthday Campaign:
Choose a birthday campaign template from our growing library.
- Personalize the Birthday Message:
Customize your Birthday Automation Template to add a personal touch to your messages.
- Select Your Audience:
- Choose individual contacts or entire groups to receive birthday messages.
- Note: A contact can only be subscribed to one birthday automation at a time. If a contact is already subscribed, the system will automatically prevent double enrollment.

- Launch Birthday Automation Campaign:
Use the Launch Automation button to toggle the automation on or off.- This does not create a new campaign but enables or disables an existing Birthday Automation Campaign.

Tips and Best Practices
- Regularly review your contact list to ensure birthdays are accurately recorded.
- Use CRM integrations to automatically import birthday data and keep your contact records up to date.
Important Notes
- One Birthday Automation Per Contact: A contact can only be subscribed to one birthday automation campaign at a time.
- A subscription to Convos is required to send text messages.
