Overview
The Auto Subscribe feature allows advisors to automatically enroll new contacts into a campaign of their choice. This eliminates manual tasks and ensures that no lead is missed. Combined with the Email Lead Capture tool, it automates the nurturing process, helping turn potential into performance while enabling immediate engagement. Advisors can focus on building relationships without worrying about campaign setup.
Enabling Auto Subscribe
- Access My Campaigns:
Go to My Campaigns and select the campaign you want to enable auto-subscribe for. - Manage Subscribers:
Click the three dots on the right and select Manage Subscribers. - Navigate to the Groups Tab:
Go to the Groups tab and select the group you want to auto-subscribe. - Activate Auto Subscribe:
Click on Auto to automatically enroll any new contact added to that group into the campaign. - Confirmation:
Moving forward, any new contact added to the group will be enrolled in that campaign automatically.
Important Notes
- One Campaign Per Group: Each group can only be auto-subscribed to one campaign.
- Deactivation Options:
- Clicking Unsubscribe deactivates both auto-subscribe and manual subscription buttons.
- Clicking Deactivate Auto only deactivates auto-subscribe.
- Draft Campaigns: You can set up auto-subscribe for a campaign that is in draft or another status. The campaign will not send anything until it is launched.
