If you need a list of everyone who has unsubscribed from your email communications, you can easily generate one by exporting all your contacts and filtering the results.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Export all contacts
To begin, export your full contact list to get access to each contact’s subscription status.
In the left-side dashboard menu, click My Contacts.
From the submenu, select All Contacts.
Click Export.
This will download a file (usually in CSV format) to your computer, containing all your contacts and their available information—including unsubscribe status.
2. Filter for unsubscribed contacts
Once you’ve exported the file:
Open the file using a spreadsheet tool like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Locate the Global Unsubscribe column.
Sort or filter the column to isolate rows where this field is marked with a 1.
A 1 indicates the contact is Globally Unsubscribed.
A 0 means the contact is not unsubscribed.
Delete or hide all other rows that do not have a 1 in this column.
You’ll now have a clean list of only those contacts who have unsubscribed.
