What this article helps you do

Understand what information Snappy AI can access and what actions it cannot take on your behalf.

Before you begin

Snappy AI runs as the signed-in user. The information it can access depends on your role, organization, active products, and the supported tools available in your account.

How it works

Snappy AI can provide view access to supported Campaigns information, including campaign lists and details, campaign statistics, audiences, steps, pieces, saved email and landing-page content, campaign calendars, account details, usage and limits, templates, pipeline statistics, auto launches, and lead-capture inboxes.

Some areas have limited coverage. Websites information is limited to scheduled and published blog posts and certain status flags. Convos information is limited to status flags such as whether Convos is active, has no contacts, has incomplete 10DLC registration, or has not sent texts.

How to do it

  1. Ask a focused question about information in a supported area.
  2. Specify the campaign, account area, time period, or metric you want to understand.
  3. Review the response and ask a follow-up question if you need clarification.
  4. Confirm important decisions in the product before acting on the information.

What happens next

Snappy AI returns information it can retrieve for your signed-in account. Email and landing-page content reflects the last saved version, not unsaved changes in an editor.

Snappy AI cannot create, edit, launch, send, or delete anything. It also cannot provide individual contact records, Convos messages or contact details, website-builder pages or settings, or data from another firm's account.

Troubleshooting

  • The answer does not include an area you expected: The area may not be supported or may have limited access. Ask about a supported area or contact Support.
  • The content looks different from the editor: Snappy AI uses the last saved email or landing-page content, so save changes before asking it to review them.
  • You need Snappy AI to make a change: Snappy AI is view-only. Make the change directly in the product using your normal permissions.

When to contact Support
