What this article helps you do

Create a single-email campaign with the Campaigns Visual Builder. Use the AI Assistant to update the full email or a selected block, then review and save your changes.

The Assistant updates email content. It does not create campaign steps, select recipients, set a schedule, or launch your campaign.

Before you begin

  • Your platform must have the AI Assistant enabled by an administrator.
  • You must have Snappy AI credits available.
  • Have your topic, audience, preferred tone, and call to action in mind.

Create your single-email campaign

  1. Sign in to Campaigns.
  2. From the left menu, select The Library (the books and apple icon).
  3. Open the AI-Powered Email Builder campaign.
  4. Select Personalize.
  5. Scroll to the email step, hover over it, and select Edit.
  6. Review the existing content, personalization, signature, and disclosures.
  7. Select an existing block to edit its content, or use the blocks on the right to add content and adjust the design.
  8. Save important changes before using the Assistant.
  9. When your email is ready, follow the campaign launch instructions.

Use the Assistant to draft or update the email

Open the Visual Builder AI Assistant and describe what you want to change. Make sure no block is selected to update the full design, or select a block to update only that content. Review the result and select Save when it looks right. For step-by-step instructions, click here.

Be specific about the topic, audience, tone, length, and action you want readers to take.

The Visual Builder AI Assistant shares a monthly Snappy AI credit allowance with other Snappy AI features. A clear, specific prompt can help you get the result you want with fewer revisions.

Example prompt: “Draft a short, friendly email inviting clients to schedule an annual financial review. Use a clear heading, two brief paragraphs, and a call to action to book a meeting. Write from a single advisor’s perspective.”

Contacting Support
