There are two ways to stop campaigns: set an expiration date or stop them immediately.

  1. Go to My Campaigns tab on the left-hand side menu. 
  2. Click the three dots icon beside the campaign you want to stop.
  3. Select "Set Expriation or Stop"
  4. From here, either choose a date you want the campaign to stop or stop it from sending emails right away. 
  5. Click Confirm to stop the campaign. 

Important Note:

  • Stopping the campaign does not recall any emails that have been sent or social media elements that have already been posted.
  • Any additional elements of the campaigns, including landing pages or website widgets, will be stopped and made unavailable. 
  • You can go back to the launch screen to resume a stopped campaign.
