Are you looking to use the Snappy Kraken platform and launch campaigns, but do you need compliance approval first? Check out the steps to submit your profile and campaigns to your compliance team.
Getting Your Profile Approved
Where to generate the compliance PDF
Go to your account icon in the top right corner of the dashboard and select My Profile in the dropdown menu.
On the profile page, you will be prompted with one of two choices.
- Download Profile: This will generate the PDF that you can submit to your compliance department. Once this PDF is generated, you will no longer be able to edit the business information until the profile is unlocked.
- Unlock Profile: This will unlock your business details to allow edits. When this is done, you will be locked out from the rest of Snappy Kraken and will not be able to launch or edit campaigns until you get your account approved again.
PDF, you can send it to your compliance department for approval. Please note: automatic compliance approvals will not work; the PDF needs to be manually approved.
Getting your Campaigns approved
Follow these steps once you have your campaign ready to submit for compliance review.
- Scroll down to the bottom of your campaign timeline.
- Select "Submit to compliance." If the button is greyed out go back and check your campaign steps to see if any still need editing.
- On the next page, you will be prompted with a few options. If you want to submit it directly to compliance, select "submit to compliance."
- Now, the compliance pdf should be automatically submitted to your compliance team. Please wait for a notification informing you that the campaign has been approved. (Please note that approval times are dependent on your own compliance team)
- Once the campaign is approved, you can schedule your campaign to launch.
If you need to make any edits after you submit for review, you will need to unlock the campaign in the top yellow banner of the campaign timeline. After making edits, you will need to submit it for compliance review again.
